It all began in 1978 when a small family-run counter on Central Avenue in Albuquerque started serving what locals would come to know as the best dion's pizza in New Mexico. From a handful of tables and a wood-fired oven, Dions grew into a beloved institution — one that generations of families have called their own.

Dions opens its doors on Central Ave NE, Albuquerque — a humble counter serving handmade pizza to a neighborhood that quickly fell in love.
